Long-awaited since the opening of the school, the student training shop welcomed its first customers on Tuesday. With its cosy atmosphere and refined decor, the shop aims to highlight the students' gourmet creations, which the people of Bordeaux will soon be able to enjoy.
Gourmet delights on the menu
In this student training shop, customers will be able to find the most outstanding products among those made by the school's students. With pastries, cakes and chocolates, there is something to satisfy everyone's taste.
You walk into the shop and think "I'm going to enjoy this".
A stylish decor for this student training shop
As soon as they arrived, the first customers were polled. And their feedback was unanimous: they were all impressed with the shop’s visual identity. Farah and Nadège, two of the first customers, said they were "immediately won over".
The shop’s presentation is beautiful—it makes you want to go in!
The customers agree on the "beautiful and stylish" decor and on the "refined style" of this light-filled shop. And, above all, they were all delighted with the "warm welcome" they received from the members of the Institut Culinaire de France.
An educational and professional tool
The student training bakery is an educational place where students can confront real-life situations while benefiting from the supervision of their teachers. All products and services are produced by the students themselves under the supervision of chef trainers, as an essential stage in their training.
In this space, the students share their taste for quality and creativity. What makes this space more than a traditional bakery-pastry shop but a "concept store", is that the students also sell their own creations including original cakes and tarts, jams and entremets—perfect for gourmet foodies looking to try something new!
